5. Intellectual Property
Appos and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, text, images, and other content. You may not reproduce or distribute content provided through the Service without Appos' authorization.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines service expectations, including uptime guarantees and response times for support.
6.1 Availability:
Appos aims for a 90.0% uptime monthly (allowing 72 hours max downtime).
- Scheduled Maintenance: Customers will receive a 24-hour notice for maintenance periods.
- Exclusions: Downtime caused by force majeure or third-party issues does not count toward uptime calculations.

7. App/Website Compliance Disclaimer
Appos may suggest app or website changes to help comply with Apple’s or Google’s publishing requirements. These suggestions are advisory only, and implementation is at the user’s sole discretion and expense.
Appos is not responsible for any costs, damages, or outcomes resulting from implementing, partially implementing, or failing to implement these suggestions. No guarantee of approval by Apple, Google, or any other platform is made.
Users should seek professional legal advice before making any changes to their app, website, or related content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Appos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Appos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid within the preceding 30 days.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Appos harmless from claims, damages, or expenses related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
Appos reserves the right to terminate your account or access for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Utah law. Any disputes shall first undergo informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Washington County, Utah.
13. Modifications to the Terms
Appos may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates signifies acceptance of the changes.
14. Communication and Notifications
By using the Service, you agree to receive communications from Appos, including transactional, promotional, and service-related messages. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but essential communications may be necessary for continued use of the Service.
