Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Appos Partner Program (the “Program”) is subject to acceptance and adherence to the following terms and conditions. To qualify, participants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements. By joining, you agree to promote Appos products and services responsibly and in compliance with our brand guidelines and applicable laws.
Commissions are earned based on qualified referrals and are paid on a recurring basis for as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription. Payment schedules, rates, and thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to misleading promotions, spam tactics, or misrepresentation of the Appos platform, may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Appos reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time for any reason. Participation in the Program does not constitute an employment or agency relationship. By joining, you acknowledge that Appos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.
